In your FREE introductory session, we will identify exactly the services, sessions and themes that will best suit your requirements. Within 48 hours, you will receive a proposal to consider. When life hits the fan!   Theme: Resilience

 

It was a time when everything seemed to be going right - 25 years of marriage, my daughter recently wed, my son in senior school and I had achieved my dream job. Then one phone call changed it all. I was told I was being charged with a criminal offence that could result in a maximum 20-year prison sentence. In an instant, my job, income, reputation and future aspirations were gone. Bankruptcy and incarceration were now potential realities. Thankfully, with the support of my loving wife, family, friends and faith, I was able to endure a difficult journey that uncovered my true self and strengthened my spirit.  –  60 minutes

Stairway to Hope   Theme: Mental Health/Suicide Prevention

No matter what one's upbringing is, we all will face challenges

in life that force us to reflect on our choices and determine whether

we will take the path of hope or despair. This workshop session

seeks to encourage self-reflection on these challenges and the

decisions we make in response to them.

Attributes of a Positive Team Player   Theme: Teamwork

 

A brief presentation on the Attributes of a Positive Team Player. Participants then break into small groups to discuss and create their own "Ultimate Team Player. These are then presented back to the group, followed by a short debrief. - 60 minutes

The Empowering Leader Series   Theme: Leadership

 

The Empowering Leader Series presents 20 Leadership statements for the participants to ponder. The purpose of these statements is to self evaluate, firstly whether you agree or disagree, and then secondly,  how each of these are reflected in your personal Leadership style. This is a two session series. - 2 x 60 minute sessions

Effective Public Speaking   Theme: Personal Development

This comprehensive one-day workshop aims to equip you with the

practical skills to give powerful presentations and overcome the

debilitating fear of public speaking, also known as Glossophobia.

You will learn how to transform public speaking from a dreaded task into

an enjoyable experience. The workshop is interactive and provides ample

opportunities for participants to practice the concepts learned and leave

with newfound confidence and a solid framework for future successful

public speaking - One day workshop (4-6 hours)

 The Organizational Culture Package   Theme: Organizational Culture

 

Culture Development Workshop

  • Culture development workshop with key leadership/management.

  • Development & defining of 4-5 Cultural Distinctives or agreed values.

  • What these values look like in daily practices throughout the organization.

  • How these will be best communicated/measured. 

                                                                                                                   - 2 hour session

Staff Training Workshop

  • Once the Cultural Pillars are defined, a one off, all staff workshop, with a session on Effective Teamwork culminating in clearly explained “roll out” of your cultural pillars.

                                                                                                                   - 2 hour session

Monthly Leadership Team Session

  • Facilitation of a monthly Leadership Team Session for specific group leadership training and to workshop the progress and traction of Cultural Pillars.

  • Suggested 6 sessions, reviewed after first 3.

360 Degree Culture Audit

  • On the ground, visual, organizational culture audit/review of each venue in the first 3 months to assess progress.

  • A staff survey, developed in conjunction with the General Manager or appointed representative, to be completed by all staff.

  • A full written report will be provided to the General Manager on completion.

Personal One on One coaching

  • Identify individual staff members who would benefit from ongoing personal coaching/mentoring.

  • The purpose of this can be tailored to individual requirements (e.g., frequency, areas of desired personal growth, business goals, job description etc.)
